For health and safety reasons dispensed medicines cannot be returned for refund. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact our care team within 7 days at care@cloudpharmacy.co.uk and we will put it right.
We accept secure UK bank transfer at checkout or cash on delivery. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed within one working day of payment landing in our account; cash-on-delivery orders are paid in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives.
Every prescription is reviewed by a UK-registered pharmacist or independent prescriber working under our Superintendent Pharmacist. If a treatment is not suitable for you we will let you know and issue a full refund.
