Frequently asked questions

Consultations & prescriptions
Every consultation is reviewed by a UK-registered clinician. They will only approve a prescription if the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Most consultations are reviewed within a few hours during working days. We will email you as soon as the review is complete.
If a treatment is not suitable for you, your clinician will explain why and, where appropriate, signpost you to your GP, NHS 111 or other support.
Delivery
Tracked next-working-day delivery is standard. Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) typically arrive the next working day.
Standard tracked delivery is £3.95 and free on UK orders over £40.
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only.
Every parcel is sent in plain, unbranded packaging — there is no clue to the contents from the outside.
Returns & refunds
For health and safety reasons, prescription and pharmacy medicines cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our pharmacy, except where the item is faulty or sent in error. See our Returns policy for details.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Payments & account
You can pay by UK bank transfer (using the details we email after you place the order, with a 7-day window to complete payment) or in cash on delivery to the courier. Card-by-phone for vulnerable customers is available on request — call our care team.
Yes. We never collect or store card details on our website. Bank transfers go directly to our UK business account, and cash on delivery is handled by the courier — your financial information is never exposed online.
