Ordering

Browse our range, add products to your basket and complete checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order and the payment details to complete it.

Delivery

Tracked next-working-day delivery is standard. Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) typically arrive the next working day.

Standard tracked delivery is £4.95 and free on UK orders over £50.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only.

Every parcel is sent in plain, unbranded packaging — there is no clue to the contents from the outside.

Returns & refunds

For health and safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched, except where the item is faulty or sent in error. See our Returns policy for details.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Payments & account

You can pay by UK bank transfer (using the details we email after you place the order, with a 7-day window to complete payment) or by cryptocurrency.

Yes. We never collect or store card details on our website. Bank transfers go directly to our UK business account — your financial information is never exposed online.
