Terms & conditions

Last updated: 1 January 2025

These terms apply when you use cloudpharmacy.co.uk or order any product through our service. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. About us

Cloud Pharmacy is a UK-registered online pharmacy. Our dispensing pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Prescriptions issued through our service are written by UK-registered clinicians.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Online consultation

For any prescription-only item, you must complete an online consultation. A clinician will assess your answers and decide whether treatment is appropriate. Approval is at the clinician's discretion. We may decline to supply, or supply a different strength or product, if it is clinically appropriate.

4. Ordering & pricing

  • All prices are in pound sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We take reasonable care to keep prices and product information accurate; in rare cases of an obvious error we may cancel and refund the order.
  • A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch.

5. Payment

You can pay by UK bank transfer (using the account details we email after you place your order) or in cash on delivery to the courier. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed once payment lands in our account; cash-on-delivery orders are paid in full when your parcel arrives. We do not collect or store card details on our site.

6. Delivery

See our Delivery page for current costs and timescales. We deliver across the United Kingdom only.

7. Returns & refunds

See our Returns page for full details. For health and safety reasons, dispensed medicines cannot be returned for refund except where the item is faulty or sent in error.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we have reason to believe it is being used to obtain medicines fraudulently.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability arising in connection with any order is limited to the price of that order.

10. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email care@cloudpharmacy.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you place it.
