Terms & conditions
Last updated: 1 January 2025
These terms apply when you use the My Sleep Club website or order any product through our service. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.
1. About us
My Sleep Club is a UK-based online shop offering quality over-the-counter treatments and health products, delivered discreetly across the United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Ordering & pricing
- All prices are in pound sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We take reasonable care to keep prices and product information accurate; in rare cases of an obvious error we may cancel and refund the order.
- A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch.
4. Payment
You can pay by UK bank transfer (using the account details we email after you place your order) or by cryptocurrency. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed once payment lands in our account. We do not collect or store card details on our site.
5. Delivery
See our Delivery page for current costs and timescales. We deliver across the United Kingdom only.
6. Returns & refunds
See our Returns page for full details. For health and safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned for refund except where the item is faulty or sent in error.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we have reason to believe it is being used fraudulently.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability arising in connection with any order is limited to the price of that order.
9. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please email rkk2026@tutamail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can escalate through an alternative dispute resolution provider.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you place it.
